During the course of her career, Teye has spearheaded statewide public relations, communications and grassroots campaigns to bring awareness to certain issues. Teye’s diverse professional experience and in-depth understanding of issues allows her to successfully advocate on behalf of a wide spectrum of client interests.
Prior to joining Floridian Partners, Teye served as the Director of Business Climate and Quality of Life Policy to manage legislative and executive branch strategic advocacy plans on behalf of the Florida Chamber of Commerce.
During that time, she worked to coordinate the Florida Chamber of Commerce’s strategic goals and objectives with the Chamber’s membership, including the Board of Directors, as well as with other outside entities.
Teye formerly worked with Floridian Partners, LLC in their Miami office with a focus on local government procurement and business development. During that time, she represented clients on projects relating to aviation, transportation, land-use and zoning, health care and budget appropriations.
Teye earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from The University of Florida and her law degree from Texas Tech School of Law. Teye has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2008 and is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
