TALLAHASSEE — Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission Chairman Rodney Barreto received a reappointment to the panel Wednesday from Gov. Charlie Crist. Barreto, 49, founding partner of a Miami public affairs consulting firm, was named to a second term that began immediately and will end Aug. 1, 2011. The former Miami police officer is active in numerous civil activities, including chairman of the 2007 Super Bowl Host Committee.
